Multicelle til sluthåndtering
Automatiseret QRS multicelle med transport på Flexitechs rullebaner, lasergravering samt vision til kvalitetskontrol
We have been working on a QRS multicell consisting of a KUKA KR70 robot on a QRS tripod, 3-backed pneumatic gripper from Schunk,multi-gripper for handling inserts and moving the laundry basket from in- to outfield, roller lanes from Flexitechs to washing baskets and plastic boxes, and laser engraving, which is quality controlled by a camera.
In the video above, you can see the 4 sequence-controlled rollers equipped with SEW motor rollers, which means that the engine is inside the roller itself. At the same time, the roller conveyors are made so that the last section of rollers spins around faster than the others, making it possible to divide the boxes on the roller track. We have also integrated sensors that indicate the position of the boxes to automatically indicate if operator intervention is needed.
One roller track takes filled washing baskets to the robot, where a simple pneumatic system creates and fixes the basket. The subjects are laser engraved in the cell using a Technifor laser that is integrated with QRS security targeted robot management. After the items have been engraved, the engraving is quality controlled by a camera.
After the basket has been emptied, it moves sideways, which you can see examples of in the video, and is returned on the other conveyor.
The rest of the roller conveyors lead stuffed plastic boxes to the robot. When the box is finished pre-packing, it is returned on the other conveyor, in the same way as described above.
Multicellen leveres med afskærmning, der ikke fremgår af denne videoe.
